Research and Development

Ever since R & D center establishment, the R & D center has dedicated to the study of basic and application technology, following the world science and technology development in corresponding sector, and promoting the quick conversion of new technology into product according to market developing directions.
The R & D center consists of 4 institutes and 1 office, namely engineering mechanics research institute, electric mechanics research institute, electrical research institute, process research institute, and file management office. Up to now, more than 90% of the staff in the R & D center have junior college academic credentials, and 62% of them have medium and senior titles of technical posts.
Upon establishment, the R & D center set its technology innovation system to frame subject researching plans market oriented. The R & D center technically sets its positioning principle as market oriented . It insists on three predictions on technical life time, market capacity, and economic benefit. When technology is to be imported, it is executed in the principle of self provision , i.e. only key parts and components are imported. It insisted on joint develop and domestic matching to nurture self innovation capability. In product development, the principle of complete intellectual property is established to practically take control of the innovation technology.
In 2003, the R & D center was recognized as a high tech R & D organization by the pudong new district.

Name:stranding machine
Description:This machine (with lumped loading device) is adopted to produce compact conductor of long bare aluminum wire, copper wires and ACSR. it is also used to produce sector compressed stranding conductor and round compressed drawing conductor. The main technical characteristics of the machine is that its bobbins are evenly located circularly (four equal degree dividing) around the cage. It is easy to load and unload due to lumped loading device, the position-setting is both correct and reliable, the rigidity and strength of the machine is high, the general performance of the machine is good. Its rotating inertia is small and running speed is very high. The machine is driven by 36 variable steps drive gear-box, with dual active, dual hauling capstan, its haul force is so strong , the wire distributing collar adopt natural wire distribution for preventing abrasion damage of wire cores when stranding. Wire pay-off tension is controlled pneumatically to guarantee constant tension in full loaded bobbin or empty bobbin. There is a special automatic emergency stop device in case of wire break. The device can control directly every pay-off bobbin in the cage .When wire-broken, the entire machine will automatically stop at once. The machine is suitable for long length, big across-area XLPE cable production.

Description:LHD 450/13 slip type heavy duty copper Wire Drawing Machine is used to draw1.2-4 mm copper wires form 8mm cope pole for electric purposes. The drawing blocks are mounted in one row, which increases the rigidity and strength of the equipment. The constant-speed wheel and other 12 drawing blocks are driven by two motors at different places, which make operation easy and dies change quickly.
