HBC-80-15-110S truck-mounted concrete pump
(1) Domestic Dongfeng 5 ton chassis boasts with robust power system, powerful bearing system,advanced drive system, minimum operation cost,and Euro II emission.
(2) The pump is mobile and flexible. It is very difficult for a common trailer pump to relocate. When concrete pumping is urgently needed by an order, the positioning of a trailer pump will last too long and a pump truck may not meet the requirements because of its length, the mobility and flexibility of a truck loaded pump just meets the demand.
(3)Main components all imported from German,Italy and America, then factory -assembled, such as PLC from Siemens,pump from Rexroth, hydraulic system valve from Vickers and so on. This ensures high reliability of system.
(4) The outrigger up and down adopts outrigger hydraulic design and bolt not shed design to make the machine to its position quickly.
(5) It is prolong the life of the damageable components to use the advance hardness alloy tungsten steel wear resistant board named eye board and wear resistant ring.
(6) The hydraulic pressure loop adopt advance alarm system. It will display automatically when pressure increasing to prevent disorder because of the loop jammed.
(7)A logic valve is used to accomplish the change between high pressure and low pressure. The change can be finished instantly. And it can stop pressure leek completely. So the performance of the entire device is largely improved.
(8)Have two concrete conveying methods. One is high pressure and small discharge; another is low pressure and big discharge. Customer can choose according to the practical situation.
